New Computer! (06/15/2011)

OMG I finally got a new computer!! My old Pentium 4 was basically dying every time I opened Photoshop CS3 and Firefox with more than 5 tabs lol.

Now I’ve got a Dell Inspiron desktop with an Intel Core i5 processor. The technician said it’s “super fast”, and honestly… so far I agree lol. It has 4GB of RAM (I used to have only 512MB, can you believe that??) and a 1TB hard drive that feels basically infinite to me.

Windows 7 looks really nice, but I’m still getting used to it… I kinda miss Windows XP sometimes, that startup sound was iconic.

The best part is that the website is MUCH faster now. Before, uploading files via FTP took forever, now it’s done in seconds thanks to my broadband connection (finally got it at home!).

Anyway, I’ll try to update the blog more often now that I don’t want to throw my PC out of the window every time it freezes lol.
